I've set you up with access to our boot camp now so be active in there as well as in-game and you'll soon find yourself promoted to full member. Also, I want to point out that we don't have that many recruits at the moment so boot camp might seem a bit quiet, however, don't be discouraged by that and just keep posting your questions and activities in there.
